Her most significant achievement includes winning a gold medal in synchronized diving at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Trained by Zhao Wenjin, she also secured a gold medal in the individual event at the 2006 Asian Games and at the 2007 World Championships. Additionally, she won a bronze medal in the individual event at the 2008 Olympics and succeeded in synchronized diving at the 2009 World Championships.
