Pettagan Dedreck Weerasingha de Silva (21 January 1935 – November 2006) was a Sri Lankan politician who served as a Member of Parliament for Balapitiya. He was educated at Siddharta Maha Vidyalaya and Nalanda College Colombo, later qualifying as a Senior Counselor from Law College. De Silva won his parliamentary seat in the 1970 elections with a substantial majority as part of the United Front but lost in 1977 to the United National Party's Norman Waidyaratna by a significant margin.
