He was a member of the Co-operative Commonwealth Federation and was expelled for opposing NATO activities. Born in 1913 in Rossburn, he worked as a warehouse manager. He ran unsuccessfully for a seat in the House of Commons. Doneleyko passed away in 1990, suffering from various health issues.
