Wilfred Arthur 'Chicken' Smallhorn (1911–1988) was a renowned Australian rules footballer who played for the Fitzroy Football Club in the VFL. Over his career from 1930 to 1940, he played 150 games and won the prestigious Brownlow Medal in 1933. Standing at 170 cm and 62 kg, he was recognized for his speed and skill as a winger. During World War II, he was a prisoner of war and organized a football competition in Changi Prison. Smallhorn left a legacy in Australian football by being included in Fitzroy's Team of the Century and inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame.
