William Dean Tinker (born February 16, 1934) is an American pianist, organist, harpsichordist, and music educator. He studied at prestigious institutions including the Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory, and he held various teaching positions at universities. Tinker won notable awards and conducted many performances, including 256 Sunday organ concerts in Cleveland. He founded the Fort Worth Bach Players, performing the complete chamber works of J.S. Bach over five years. His extensive experience includes performances in numerous churches and music organizations.
