William Henry 'Rock' Glosson was an American gridiron football player and coach, born on January 18, 1937. He played college football at Texas Southern University and was a three-time all-SWAC end. Glosson served as head football coach at Mississippi Valley State College from 1968 to 1969, with a record of 2–15. He held several roles at Texas Southern, including assistant athletic director and head golf coach. After a brief stint in the CFL with the Montreal Alouettes, he returned to coaching and administration in college athletics until 1996.
