William Wesley Millsaps, born on December 19, 1939, is a Continuing Anglican bishop and the rector of Christ Church in Monteagle, Tennessee. He is also the Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Missionary Church, having previously held this position from 2001 to 2010, before being re-elected in December 2014. Millsaps holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton and a Master of Divinity from General Theological Seminary. He has held various ministerial roles, including university chaplain and school chaplain, and was consecrated a bishop in January 1991.
