William Michael Vogel was a Canadian politician who served as the Mayor of Surrey, British Columbia, from 1978 to 1980, after being an alderman from 1973 to 1977. He lived in Langley, British Columbia, and was also a former pilot. His father, Hunter Vogel, was a businessman who founded Cloverdale Paint and was a former mayor of Langley. William Vogel passed away on February 1, 2019, at the age of 87.
