Willie Roy Jenkins is an American murderer, rapist, and suspected serial killer born on July 30, 1953. He was linked via DNA to a 1975 rape-murder in San Marcos, Texas, while serving time for four rapes in California during the 1970s. Jenkins has been convicted and sentenced to death for the 1975 crime. He is also proposed as a suspect in three other murders, although he has not been charged in those cases.
