Wistohor Gregorio Chourio Andrade is a Venezuelan military officer and politician, born on April 23, 1968, in Caracas. He holds the rank of Major General in the active reserve and currently serves as the second commander of the CEOFANB since July 7, 2023. Chourio previously commanded the Bolivarian Militia from 2021 to 2023 and held key military positions including the commander of the Strategic Defense Region Capital (2020-2021) and the Operational Defense Zone No. 41 (2018-2020). He was part of the coup against President Carlos Andrés Pérez in February 1992.
