Yasin Saeed Noman is a Yemeni politician and diplomat born in 1947 in Ta'r al-Baha, Lahij Governorate. He has served as Yemen's ambassador to the United Kingdom since July 2015. Noman is a former Prime Minister and Minister of Yemen, currently serving as the Secretary-General of the Yemeni Socialist Party. He is also a member and deputy chairman of the National Dialogue Conference in Yemen, holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cairo University, and earned a PhD in Economic Sciences from Hungary in 1981.
