Yezras Archbishop Nersisyan, born Mkrtich Grigori Nersisyan on October 30, 1959, in Voskehat, Ejmiadzin District, Armenian SSR, USSR, is a prominent Armenian church leader serving as the head of the Diocese of Russia and New Nakhichevan. He is noted for being the younger brother of His Holiness Karekin II, the Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians. His influence within the church extends beyond his diocesan responsibilities.
