Yochanan Locker (born September 17, 1956) is an Aluf (a rank equivalent to Major General) in the reserve of the Israel Defense Forces. He has been accused of war crimes in Gaza. Locker served as a military attaché to Prime Minister Netanyahu and held the position of Deputy Commander of the Israeli Air Force during Operation Cast Lead against Gaza at the end of 2008.
