Yoshisuke Yamakawa, born on January 8, 1957, is a serial entrepreneur known for his contributions to the technology sector. He developed and commercialized the world's first dual-layer S-VHS tape 'XP-HiFi' at TDK. After becoming independent, he founded three venture companies every five years since 1995. His first company was sold to the second, which was acquired by Yahoo Japan. His third venture, ALBERT, was listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Mothers section. He stepped down as chairman of ALBERT in 2016 and became the president of Market Centrics in 2017.
