Yūki Yabūchi, born Yūki Yabuuchi, is a Japanese manga artist born on December 10, 1962, in Fukushima Prefecture. He is married and has two children. Yabūchi dropped out of the Agricultural Engineering program at Tokyo University of Agriculture and was a member of the university's manga research club. During his university years, he contributed several works to a self-published poetry magazine called 'Ushi no Tomo'.
