Yukiyasu Sezai (born April 7, 1930) is a Japanese medical doctor specializing in cardiac surgery. He is a former president of Nihon University and is recognized internationally for his contributions to cardiac surgery, particularly for being the first in Japan to successfully perform coronary artery bypass surgery for myocardial infarction. His expertise has made him a prominent authority in the field of cardiovascular surgery.
