Yumiko Hoshiba (born Mori) is a Japanese editor, writer, and entrepreneur. She is the founder and former CEO of Discover 21, chairperson of the Business Book Award Executive Committee, director of the Japan Book Publishers Association, and a representative director of the International Publishers Association in Japan. Additionally, she is a member of the Japan Corporate Governance Network and a director of the Japan Audiobook Association. Hoshiba is also involved in educational initiatives, serving on the program evaluation committee for the Nagoya University of Commerce and Business's Female Leaders Development Program.
