Yury Petrovich Dranga, born on January 5, 1947, in Bukka, Tashkent Oblast, is a Soviet and Russian accordionist of Greek descent. He is an honored artist of the RSFSR (1989) and a people's artist of Russia (1999). Dranga is a laureate of several All-Union and international competitions and holds the position of professor at the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music. His son, Pyotr Dranga, is also a popular accordionist and entertainer.
