Drs. H. Yusran Aspar, M.Si, born on January 28, 1952, is an Indonesian politician who served as the regent of Penajam Paser Utara from 2003 to 2008 and again from 2013 to 2018. He held office alongside Deputy Regent Mustaqim MZ. Before becoming regent, Yusran Aspar was a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) representing the Democratic Party, securing a seat with 45,176 votes and serving in Commission IV.
