Yusuf Namoğlu, born in 1947 in Rize, is a former Turkish football referee. He started officiating in 1971 and became an international referee in 1986, a role he maintained until his retirement in 1992. In addition to his refereeing career, he served as the mayor of the Beşiktaş district from 1999 to 2004.
