Yūya Nohara is a former professional baseball player and coach from Koshigaya, Saitama Prefecture, born on January 7, 1985. He played as an outfielder and infielder, batting left-handed and throwing right-handed. He was affiliated with the Toyama Thunderbirds, later known as Toyama GRN Thunderbirds, and the Hanshin Tigers during his playing career. Known as 'Toyama's Okawari-kun', he retired in 2016 and transitioned to coaching, leading the OBC Takashima from 2017 to 2020 and then the Hanshin Tigers Women from 2021 to 2022.
