Estienne is a co-founder of the Colibri agency in Bolivia and has written for various magazines. An accomplished author, he created two comic books about a mountain guide. He has also participated in multiple films related to mountaineering, including 'Gaspard de la Meije' and 'Antarctica, mon rêve de l'extrême sud'.
