Zachary Milo Ista, born on April 7, 1985, is an American attorney and politician. He serves as an assistant state's attorney for Grand Forks County and was appointed to the North Dakota House of Representatives in 2020, succeeding Matt Eidson. Ista represents the 43rd district, which includes Grand Forks. Prior to his current position, he ran for the state house from the 13th district in 2006 while studying at North Dakota State University.
