Zafar Hussain Mirza (October 10, 1926 – August 27, 2015) was a Pakistani judge and the father of former Sindh Interior Minister Zulfikar Mirza. He was born in Tando Thoro, Hyderabad, and hailed from a family with roots in Central Asia. He served as Advocate General of Sindh in 1973, later becoming a judge of the Sindh and Balochistan High Courts from 1975 to 1981, and then a judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan from 1981 to 1991. He also led the Federal Public Service Commission from 1991 to 1997.
