Zafeeruddin Miftahi (1926-2011) was an Indian Muslim scholar and lawyer, serving as the thirteenth chief mufti of Darul Uloom Deoband and the second president of the Islamic Fiqh Academy. He compiled the fatwas of Azizur Rahman Usmani into a collection titled 'Fatwa Darul Uloom Deoband' in twelve volumes. His notable works include 'Islam ka Nizam-e-Masajid' and 'Tarikh-e-Masajid'. He also served on the Board of Studies at Aligarh Muslim University for Sunni Theology and issued nearly one lakh fatwas during his lifetime.
