Zbigniew Wojciech Kowalski, born in 1947, is a Polish electronics engineer and a graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He has been a professor at the Faculty of Microelectronics and Photonics at the same university since 2002, where he also served as the dean from 2002 to 2008. Prior to that, he held the position of vice-rector at Wrocław University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2002.
