Zdeněk Jičínský (February 26, 1929 – April 9, 2020) was a Czech lawyer, politician, and journalist. He authored numerous scholarly books, articles, and textbooks. Before the normalization period in Czechoslovakia, he was a member of the Communist Party. After the federalization of Czechoslovakia, he briefly served as a deputy in the Federal Assembly and Czech National Council. Later, he became a dissident and a signatory of Charter 77. After the Velvet Revolution, he was involved with Civic Forum, Civic Movement, and the Czech Social Democratic Party, and served in both the Federal Assembly and the Chamber of Deputies.
