Zdravko Zdraveski is a Macedonian Bulgarian and an officer in the Special Forces Rapid Reaction unit of Northern Macedonia. He claims to have been repressed by the authorities due to his Bulgarian consciousness. After living for a while in Burgas with the support of the local council, he emigrated with his family to the Netherlands. Zdraveski authored the autobiographical book 'I, the Bulgarian from Macedonia: Notes on My Bulgarian Sufferings,' which was edited by Rumen Leonidov and presented in Burgas on July 21, 2012.
