Zdzisław Edmund Galinowski was a Polish physician and lecturer in medical sciences born on December 28, 1902, in Czausy. He served as a reserve lieutenant physician in the Polish Army. Tragically, Galinowski became a victim of the Katyn massacre, which took place in the spring of 1940 in Kharkiv. His contributions to medicine and his unfortunate fate as a victim of wartime atrocities mark his legacy in Polish history.
