Zehra Ayla Perktaş is a Turkish jurist and a member of the Constitutional Court of Turkey. She completed her secondary education at Sivas Dört Eylul High School and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1970. She started her career as a Council of State Assistant on May 31, 1971, became a Council of State Judge in 1981, and was appointed to the Council of State Prosecutor in 1990. She was elected as a principal member of the Constitutional Court in 2007 and retired on December 15, 2014.
