Zephany Nurse, born on 28 April 1997, is a South African woman who was abducted as a newborn from Groote Schuur Hospital and reunited with her biological parents 17 years later through DNA tests. Known as Miché Solomon after a court ruling, she authored the book 'Zephany: Two mothers, one daughter'. Her kidnapper, Lavona Solomon, received a 10-year prison sentence. Despite the trauma, she has forgiven Lavona and maintains a relationship with her, visiting her in prison, while now raising two children of her own.
