Zisu Stanciu is a Romanian politician who served as a deputy in the Romanian parliament from 2000 to 2004, initially elected on the PRM list before switching to PSD in June 2001. He was a member of friendship parliamentary groups with Luxembourg and South Korea. In the 2012-2016 legislature, he was again elected as a deputy on the PSD list, participating in friendship parliamentary groups with Iceland and Croatia.
