Zlatko Zei was a journalist and editor born on March 28, 1937, in Ruše, Slovenia. He graduated in economics in 1962 and initially worked in the economy before turning to journalism. He significantly contributed to the daily newspaper Večer, where he led the internal political editorial team from 1970 to 1978. A son of the painter Zlatko, he passed away on December 14, 1986, and is buried in Maribor.
