Drs. H. Zulkarnaen Djabar, MA., born on September 19, 1953, is an Indonesian politician from the Golkar Party. He served as a member of the DPR-RI from 2009 to 2014, representing West Java V with 43,486 votes in the 2009 legislative elections. In the DPR-RI, he was placed in Commission VIII, which deals with Religion, Social Affairs, and Women's Empowerment, collaborating with various ministries. He became involved in a corruption case regarding a $35 billion Quran procurement project in 2012, leading to his detainment by the KPK.
