Abraham Koplowicz was a Polish-Jewish youth born on February 18, 1930, who was tragically murdered during the Holocaust in 1944. His poetry, written while he was confined in the Łódź ghetto, reflects his experiences and thoughts during this dark time. After his death, a collection of his eight poems was discovered and published. One of his notable poems is titled 'Dream.' His works were translated from Polish to Hebrew by Holocaust survivor and poet Irith Amiel.
