Abul Hasan Chowdhury Khaisar (born April 15, 1951) is a Bangladeshi politician and former State Minister for Foreign Affairs. He served as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government of Awami League from 1996 to 2001. His political career includes significant contributions to Bangladesh's foreign policy during his tenure.
