He was an internationally recognized jazz musician known for playing the chromatic harmonica, a specialty of Toots Thielemans. Borsari collaborated with several artists, including Ares Tavolazzi and Massimo Manzi, and participated in notable projects such as A.G.A.S. quartet and the Merkaba Group. His 2000 performance with Pavarotti & Friends alongside Eurythmics and Zucchero was a highlight of his career. He also contributed significantly to the Biba Band.
