Ann Thayer Crosset, born on March 16, 1954, in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a Danish-American dancer, choreographer, and educator. She graduated from the Julliard School of Performing Arts in 1976 and moved to Denmark in 1977. Between 1980 and 1989, she co-founded and managed a dance theater called Uppercut Danseteater. Crosset served as the artistic director of Oure Danselinien from 1993 to 1996 and was the first artist, with a dance background, on the Statens Teaterråd (now Kunstrådet) from 1999 to 2003. In 2009, she founded KOMPAGNI B, a professional ballet company that performs for children, with children.
