Arvi Sommer (May 24, 1966 – September 15, 2021) was an Estonian music educator and a key figure in brass music in Pärnu County. He studied French horn at Pärnu Music School from 1974 to 1981 and continued his studies at Georg Otsa Music School until 1990. Sommer served as a brass instrument teacher at Pärnu Music School from 2003 until his death and played the French horn for Pärnu City Orchestra from 1994 to 2017, later becoming a librarian and stage manager until 2021.
