Dagmar Astrid Möller, born on March 1, 1961, in Berlin, is a German ancient historian specializing in social and economic history of archaic and classical times. She studied Ancient and Modern History as well as Classical Archaeology, obtaining her Magistra Artium from FU Berlin in 1986 and a Master of Studies in Classical Archaeology from the University of Oxford. Möller completed her PhD at FU Berlin in 1990. She has held academic positions at the University of Freiburg, focusing on Greek historiography and chronography.
