Ignacio Augusto Moreno Guerrero (1931-2013) was a Colombian military officer who served as a General in the Colombian Air Force and as the commander of the Military Forces of Colombia from 1985 to 1986. He graduated as a military pilot in 1952 and held various leadership roles, including Commander of the Air Combat Command No. 1 and Deputy Director of the Superior War School. He oversaw military operations during the 1985 Palace of Justice siege and retired in 1986, receiving numerous decorations from different countries.
