Batakrushna Jena (April 11, 1940 - July 24, 2011) was an eminent Odia politician. He was active in Odisha's political landscape, serving as a member of the Indian National Congress, Utkal Congress, and Janata Party. Jena was elected as a member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly and served as a minister. He represented the Salepur constituency in the 1971 Assembly elections, and subsequently won elections from the Kishan Nagar constituency in 1971, 1974, and 1985, holding the fifth, sixth, seventh, and ninth terms in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.
