Bernard Poirette is a French journalist and radio host born on June 1, 1958, in Lille. He worked for ten years as a freelance journalist and correspondent before joining RTL in 1993 to present morning news. By 2004, he hosted RTL Week-end matin and later RTL Soir starting in 2009. After leaving RTL on August 5, 2018, he moved to Europe 1, leaving that station in 2020. He briefly worked at Radio Classique before joining LCI in July 2021.
