Boysie Singh (1908-1957), also known as John Boysie Singh or the Raja, was a notorious gangster and pirate from Trinidad and Tobago. Operating from 1947 to 1956, he and his gang were responsible for the deaths of approximately 400 people, robbing victims under the guise of ferrying them between Trinidad and Venezuela. He became a local figure of fear and awe, often seen in stylish clothing. Ultimately, he was executed for the murder of his niece after a series of legal troubles.
