Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat is a Malaysian politician born on June 2, 1948, in Kudat, Sabah. He served as the 13th Chief Minister of Sabah, succeeding Osu Sukam in 2001 and being succeeded by Musa Aman in 2003. Chong, who is of Hakka descent, was also the former chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). His political career has notably influenced the state governance of Sabah.
