Chris Kavanagh is a British drummer renowned for his work with Sigue Sigue Sputnik and Big Audio Dynamite II. Initially invited to join Sigue Sigue Sputnik due to his looks and attitude, he learned to play drums from fellow band members. Kavanagh remained with the group until 1989, after which he joined Big Audio Dynamite II when Mick Jones reconfigured the band's lineup. He played with Big Audio Dynamite II until 1995.
