Dagny Gärtner Hovig, born in 1945, is a politician from the Labour Party in Oslo, Norway. She served as a deputy representative in the Norwegian Parliament from 1993 to 1996. Previously, she was a political secretary for Oslo's mayor and a city council member from 1983 to 1991. Hovig holds a cand.mag. degree and worked as an information consultant in various departments within the Oslo Municipality. She also chaired Oslo Port and Oslo City Museum. Additionally, she was a deputy representative to the Parliament again from 1997 to 2001, though she did not attend any meetings.
