Dora Pešková (née Steinová) was a Holocaust survivor born on December 15, 1921, in Karlsbad, Czechoslovakia. She was interned in Terezín, Auschwitz, and Bergen-Belsen. After surviving the horrors of the concentration camps, she returned to Prague in 1945. Pešková lived in various places, eventually residing in a Jewish retirement home in Prague-Hagibor until her death on November 8, 2020. Throughout her life, she faced significant challenges, including the loss of her family, but remained a resilient figure sharing her experiences.
