Dorothy Kovalchick, later known as Roark, was an American baseball player in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, playing for the Fort Wayne Daisies in 1945. Born on December 31, 1925, in Pennsylvania, she was a right-handed batter and thrower. After her brief baseball career, she transitioned to real estate in West Monroe, Louisiana, where she established her own Century 21 franchise. Kovalchick passed away on June 10, 2020, at the age of 94, and is honored at the Baseball Hall of Fame for her contributions to women's baseball.
