Edward Korus was a Polish agrarian movement activist, forest engineer, and politician. He graduated from the Agricultural University in Kraków in 1969. Korus served as a member of the Sejm of the People's Republic of Poland during its VIII term, representing the Nowy Sącz constituency. Born on January 6, 1930, in the village of Gózd, he significantly contributed to the rural political landscape in Poland before his passing on November 2, 1983.
